mosfet as a switch

Image
MOSFET’s make very good electronic switches for controlling loads and in CMOS digital circuits as they operate between their cut-off and saturation regions. We saw previously, that the N-channel, Enhancement-mode MOSFET (e-MOSFET) operates using a positive input voltage and has an extremely high input resistance (almost infinite) making it possible to interface with nearly any logic gate or driver capable of producing a positive output.you can know more please visit... https://medium.com/@geniuschakma59/mosfet-as-a-switch-56e5e2e299d/ https://www.linkedin.com/posts/genius-chak-24817815a_mosfet-as-a-switch-activity-6646427343894220800-lNbL https://geniusbabu196.tumblr.com/post/613030933887598592/mosfet-as-a-switch https://twitter.com/GeniusChakma/status/1240662183698034689?s=20 https://www.plurk.com/p/nqr31v https://qr.ae/pNnmIF https://educationalresarch.wordpress.com/2020/03/19/mosfet-as-a-switch/ https://engineeringsolutionguide.wordpress.com/2020/03/19/mosfet...

Darlington transistor

Image
The term Darlington transistor is named from its inventor’s name Sidney Darlington. The Darlington transistor is made up of  two PNP or NPN  BJTs by connecting together. The emitter of the PNP transistor is connected to the base of the other PNP transistor to create a sensitive transistor with high current gain used in many applications where switching or amplification is crucial. The transistor pair in the Darlington transistor can be formed with two separately connected BJTs. As we know that, the  transistor is used as a switch  as well as an amplifier, the BJT can be used to operate as an ON/OFF switch. Darlington Transistor. This transistor is also called as a Darlington pair, contains two BJTs that are connected to deliver a high current gain from a low base current. In this transistor, the emitter of the i/p transistor is connected to the o/p of the base of the transistor and the collectors of the transistor are wired together. So, the i/p transistor...

NPN transistor

Image
Bipolar junction transistors are of two types mainly. NPN transistor is one of the types of Transistors (BPT). NPN stands for Negative-Positive-Negative configuration. It is the most often used in all  types of transistors . Basically, in NPN transistors two n-type (negative) materials dope the single p-type (negative) materials.to know more, please visit.. https://www.evernote.com/shard/s569/sh/734e0a6f-0dba-0852-a449-25a2607f1122/c9f37cb37c038814181ab01903adf1a2 https://www.evernote.com/shard/s569/sh/5883e986-e73c-3de1-d368-c809f2a2ace1/16f2e21fce31f7ab95c79053074b942c https://www.evernote.com/shard/s569/sh/a58bf605-8ef4-71dc-0351-bb8c066baffe/7befe0dd2cc328916a7316cd95d6e836 https://www.evernote.com/shard/s569/sh/27e1642d-6685-9788-00df-daaeaf540b2f/80dbd0ccbd8f622ef12d2a439a7b6045 https://www.evernote.com/shard/s569/sh/432549cb-8973-63a7-2d8a-ac4fb2e36b0d/d5cd99949bad1018974047590c0e664b https://www.evernote.com/shard/s569/sh/8545bee9-19bf-eb0d-fe35-1b177c2d05...

The Junction Field Effect Transistor , or JFET is a voltage controlled three-terminal unipolar semiconductor device available in N-channel and P-channel configurations In the  Bipolar Junction Transistor   tutorials, we saw that the output collector a current of the transistor is proportional to input current flowing into The base terminal of the device, thereby making the bipolar transistor a “CURRENT” operated device (Beta model) as a smaller current can be used to switch a larger load current. for more, please visit..... https://medium.com/@geniuschakma59/bipolar-junction-transistors-a837a98cfca7 https://www.linkedin.com/posts/genius-chak-24817815a_junction-field-effect-transistor-activity-6644438156559155200-2QvL https://engineeringsolutionguide.wordpress.com/2020/03/14/junction-field-effect-transistor/ https://diigo.com/0h29qt https://qr.ae/pNnooq https://dabid11.blogspot.com/2020/03/junction-field-effect-transistor.html https://rangamati26.blogspot.com/...

Transformer basic

Image
Transformers are electrical devices consisting of two or more coils of wire used to transfer electrical energy by means of a changing magnetic field One of the main reasons that we use alternating AC voltages and currents in our homes and the workplace is that AC supplies can be easily generated at a convenient voltage, transformed (hence the name transformer) into much higher voltages and then distributed around the country using a national grid of pylons and cables over very long distances. you can know more from here... https://engineeringsolutionguide.wordpress.com/2020/03/12/transformer-basic/ https://medium.com/@geniuschakma59/transformer-basic-348be3fe0f18 https://www.linkedin.com/posts/genius-chak-24817815a_transformer-basics-activity-6643877944727040000-gBqV https://qr.ae/pNnY8V https://www.pinterest.com/pin/673288213029812451 https://www.instapaper.com/read/1285302113 https://tutpub.com/education/transformer-basic-working-principle/ https://diigo.com/0h1y91...
